Minetrology products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition. Refunds will be processed promptly once we receive and inspect the return at our offices. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. From December 1st through December 31st, jewelry may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Jewelry such as earrings is non-returnable due to our sanitary guidelines. 

Minetrology will not refund any shipping or handling fees related to your original purchase or return.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via our customer service box with the subject line "Return" plus your order number and reason for return.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with the subject "Damaged Items" plus your order number. Include clear photos of the damage for our review.

Minetrology's refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through this website.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order or before it ships. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If you cancel after 24 hours or once the order has shipped, a full refund will be issued upon return of the merchandise.
